Family Dispute

PTSD is essentialypeople who have faced a tragic event and are still greiving, however greiving their way is not healthy. People often isolate themselves from others wanting to help or not. They most often feel guilty. I mean imagine yourself not wanting to talk to anyone because you feel guilty that maybe you survived in a volcano and not your sister, or even as simple as just being sad about everything you lost.

Symptons include:

3 months after tragic event(symptons will continue get help): -Lasts longer than 3 months

-Causes you great distress

-Disrupt your home or work life

-Nightmares, Flashbacks ect.

-Avoiding situations that remind you of the event

-Negative changes in beliefs and feelings

-Feeling Jittery or hyperarousal
