Luckily today's modernized disorder health system is very accessible to everyone who needs it. For example people who stand together often progress together; group therapy often helps victims understand each other to eventually help themselves. One of the most effective ways is massage therapy. Massage Therapist (name will remain disclosed for personal reasons) says "Massage Therapy can help people with PTSD by relieving this type of stress through relaxation".

However some people aren't comfortable with touch. So gradually talking to a therapist is one of the best routes for those who are not comfortable with touch or in-group settings.
